Vineyard and terroir
The fruit comes from the Montelaguardia vineyard.
Vinification
After harvest, the grapes are gently pressed and fermented at 15 °C for 15 days in a dedicated room using the traditional method.
Ageing
The wine rests until March before bottling, followed by 15–18 months on the lees prior to release.
