Vineyard and terroir
The Susumaniello grows in sandy soils in Puglia. The vineyards have a planting density of 4,000 vines per hectare, and the vines average 10 years of age.
Vinification
The grapes are harvested at optimal ripeness, gently pressed and vinified in stainless-steel vats.
Ageing
The wine rests for nine months in large barrels.
