Vineyard and terroir
The Nero di Troia fruit is grown in Puglia. The vineyards are planted at a density of 4,000 vines per hectare, and the vines average 10 years of age.
Vinification
The grapes are harvested at optimal ripeness, gently pressed and vinified in stainless-steel tanks.
Ageing
The wine ages for 12 months in stainless-steel tanks, followed by eight months in first- and second-use French oak barrels.
