The Nero di Troia fruit is grown in Puglia. The vineyards are planted at 4,000 vines per hectare, and the vines average 10 years of age.
Vinification
The grapes are harvested at optimal ripeness, gently pressed and vinified in steel vats.
Ageing
The wine rests for six months in stainless steel tanks.
