Vinification
Before vinification, the grapes are dried on special racks.
Ageing
The wine matures in small acacia barrels.

Fresh grapevine-flower aromas lead to a rich palate with honeyed notes.
Label / history
The name refers to Ora Aurea, the “golden breeze” that blows from Lake Garda.
