Fermentation takes place in temperature-controlled stainless-steel tanks, followed by two weeks of maceration.
Ageing
The wine rests in bottle for six months before release.
Label / history
The name refers to Negrara grapes’ very dark, almost black colour. The variety was especially widespread a century ago, and Pravis created the wine as a tribute to the history, traditions and people of Trentino.
