The vineyards are in the commune of Lasino, on dolomitic soils rich in calcium and magnesium.
Vinification
The grapes undergo six hours of cold maceration before gentle pressing. Fermentation takes place at a controlled temperature in stainless-steel tanks.
Ageing
The wine ages for five months in stainless-steel tanks.
