Tasting profile
Intense ruby red with violet highlights. Aromas evoke wild strawberries and ripe plums. The palate is supple and enveloping, with silky tannins leading into a lightly spiced finish. Persistent fruit character defines an accessible style that can be enjoyed while young.
Serving and pairing
Serve at 18–20 °C. Pair with cured meats, eggplant parmigiana, red meats or medium-aged goat cheeses.
