Vineyard and terroir
The Barbera grapes are carefully selected.
Vinification
The grapes are harvested by hand in the second half of September. Vinification combines traditional and innovative techniques: cold maceration, fermentation at a controlled temperature and 6 days of post-maceration.
Ageing
The wine rests for 2 months in stainless steel tanks, then 6 months in oak barrels, followed by 3 months in the bottle.
Tasting profile
Well structured, with a smooth, soft and very pleasant taste.
