Vineyard and terroir
The grapes are grown in the Valdadige Veronese region and left on the vines to reach peak ripeness.
Vinification
The grapes are harvested by hand in November. Alcoholic fermentation is carried out with specially selected yeast cultures capable of remaining active at low temperatures and high sugar concentrations.
