Vineyard and terroir
The fruit comes from vineyards in the Valle dell’Adige area.
Vinification
The grapes are gently pressed after harvest, then fermented for 10–15 days at a controlled temperature of 18 °C.
Ageing
Before bottling, the wine rests in stainless-steel tanks maintained at 15–16 °C.
Tasting profile
Fresh and harmonious, with intense, clean aromas and a balanced palate.

Santa Margherita was the first winery to make white wine from pink-skinned Pinot Grigio grapes.
