The company’s vineyards are located in Veneto on alluvial soils.
Grapes
The grapes are selected before vinification.
Vinification
The grapes are harvested by hand in mid-September, then carefully sorted and gently pressed. The first fermentation takes place at a controlled temperature in stainless-steel tanks. A second fermentation follows using the Charmat method, preserving the wine’s natural acidity and bright fruit character.
Tasting profile
Delicate and well balanced, with notes of fresh fruit and mineral hints on a lingering finish.
Serving and pairing
Suitable as an aperitif and with fish dishes or light appetizers.
