Vineyard and terroir
The grapes are grown in the north of the Veneto region.
Vinification
Only the ripest grapes are selected. They are placed in small plastic crates and gently dried in a well-ventilated room until they reach the desired level of dryness, then fermented in stainless-steel tanks.
Ageing
The wine rests for six months in concrete tanks and large oak barrels.
