The grapes come from the producer's own vineyards in Lazio, which are farmed with biodynamic methods.
Vinification
The grapes are harvested by hand at optimal ripeness. Fermentation is spontaneous, with skin maceration, and takes place at the winery. The wine is bottled without filtration.
