The Sangiovese is grown in the producer's own vineyards in Lazio, farmed biodynamically.
Vinification
The grapes are harvested by hand at optimal ripeness. Fermentation is spontaneous, with four days of skin maceration at the winery. The wine is bottled without filtration.
