Vinification
Grapes are harvested from mid-September to mid-October. The juice ferments in stainless steel tanks, which preserves its natural freshness.
Ageing
The wine rests for at least 6 months in French oak vessels, which add complexity and depth. This gives a harmonious structure and allows the wine to develop well in bottle over time. A natural sediment may form at the bottom of the bottle, which is normal for a wine of this style.
Tasting profile
