Vineyard and terroir
The Chardonnay is grown in vineyards in the Alto Adige subregion, on sandy and gravelly soils.
Vinification
After harvest, the grapes are carefully sorted and gently pressed. The must ferments in stainless steel tanks at 18 °C.
Ageing
The wine rests on its lees in stainless steel tanks for several months.
Tasting profile
The aroma is delicate and the palate velvety.
