The Chardonnay is grown in the province of Vinci (Florence).
Vinification
The grapes are usually harvested by hand in the early morning at the end of September. They are gently pressed and chilled for a full day before the must is decanted. Fermentation takes place in stainless-steel tanks at a controlled temperature of 17 °C. The wine is filtered before bottling.
