The Calappiano estate is near the village of Vinci, birthplace of Leonardo da Vinci. It lies at the heart of the Sensi company and combines history, art and architectural treasures with wine.
Grapes
90% Sangiovese and 10% Colorino.
Vinification
Traditional vinification in temperature-controlled stainless steel tanks.
Ageing
10–12 months in oak barriques.
