The fruit comes from Sensi’s vineyards in Tuscany.
Vinification
The grapes are harvested at optimal ripeness. Each variety is fermented separately, after which the wines are blended.
Ageing
The blend matures in oak barrels for at least 6 months.

Elegant, with a bright aroma, balanced palate and velvety tannins.
