Vinification
The grapes are harvested by hand in September at optimal ripeness. Maceration and alcoholic fermentation take place in stainless-steel tanks for 25–30 days at a controlled temperature of 28–30 °C.
Ageing
The wine matures in stainless-steel tanks for 8–10 months.
