Vineyard and terroir
The fruit comes from Contrada Bonera in the Menfi area, where summers are hot and there are wide differences between daytime and nighttime temperatures.
Vinification
The grapes undergo maceration for 8–10 days at 22 °C.
Ageing
The wine matures for three months in oak barriques, followed by four months in bottle.
