Vineyard and terroir
The Grillo grapes grow in Settesoli’s vineyards in sunny Sicilia, at elevations of up to 250 m above sea level.
Vinification
The grapes are harvested at optimal ripeness. The must undergoes traditional white-wine vinification in temperature-controlled stainless-steel tanks.
Ageing
The wine matures briefly on its lees in the same stainless-steel tanks and in bottle, with total ageing of up to three months.
Tasting profile
Fresh, with pleasant citrus and tropical-fruit notes on the nose and palate.
