Vineyard and terroir
The grapes grow in Settesoli’s vineyards in Sicily, at elevations of up to 400 m above sea level.
Vinification
The grapes are harvested at optimal ripeness and destemmed. The must undergoes traditional red-wine vinification in temperature-controlled stainless-steel tanks.
Ageing
The wine matures on its lees in stainless-steel tanks and in bottle, with total ageing of up to three months.
Tasting profile
Fragrant and velvety, with fruit and floral notes on both the nose and palate.
