Vineyard and terroir
The fruit comes from Settesoli’s own vineyards around Menfi in southwestern Sicily. The vineyards are influenced by warm Sicilian sunshine and fresh breezes from the surrounding Mediterranean Sea.
Vinification
The grapes are harvested at optimal ripeness. Alcoholic fermentation proceeds slowly at a controlled temperature in steel vats, using traditional methods.
Ageing
The wine is aged and stabilized in stainless-steel tanks.
Label / history
The Inycon name derives from the ancient Greek name for the municipality of Menfi.
