Vineyard and terroir
The grapes grow around Menfi in the countryside of southwestern Sicily. The vineyards are surrounded by the Mediterranean Sea, where gentle sunshine and fresh coastal breezes aid ripening, moderate temperature changes and keep the vines ventilated.
Vinification
The wine undergoes a slow, temperature-controlled alcoholic fermentation in steel tanks.
Ageing
It is matured and stabilized in stainless-steel tanks.
Label / history
The name Inycon comes from the ancient Greek name for the municipality of Menfi.
