Vineyard and terroir
The organically grown fruit comes from sunny vineyards in Sicily with sandy, limestone-rich soils.
Vinification
The grapes are harvested in early August. The must undergoes traditional white-wine vinification in temperature-controlled stainless-steel tanks, preserving its fresh fruit character.
Ageing
The wine matures on its lees in the same stainless-steel tanks for at least three months, gaining aromatic complexity and balance.
Tasting profile
Fresh and balanced, with mineral and fresh-fruit notes. The delicate nose evokes citrus, blooming Sicilian orchards and a fresh Mediterranean breeze.
Serving and pairing
Suitable as an aperitif and with seafood or light appetizers.
