Vineyard and terroir
The grapes come from Settesoli's own vineyards in the commune of Menfi, in southwestern Sicily.
Vinification
The wine is made in temperature-controlled stainless steel tanks, following the traditional method for dry white wines. A short cold maceration gives the must its delicate pink colour.

The name comes from the Italian word "rondine", meaning "swallow", a reference to the wine's light, summery character.
