Vineyard and terroir
The vines grow on hillside terraces at Menfi, in Sicily. The soils are mainly sandy, with pockets of clay and limestone.
Vinification
The grapes are harvested by hand from late August to early September. Fermentation takes place in temperature-controlled stainless steel tanks.
Tasting profile
Warm, elegant and aromatic. Light, with a sense of movement and a Mediterranean character. Friendly and easy-going.
Serving and pairing
Suited to grilled meat, barbecue and simple food, and to outdoor summer meals.
