Vineyard and terroir
The grapes are grown in Menfi, on gentle hills overlooking Lake Arancio. Fertile clay soils contribute a rich aroma and distinctive minerality.
Vinification
Cryomaceration takes place at 5–8 °C, followed by fermentation in stainless-steel tanks at 16–18 °C.
Ageing
The wine matures for 4–6 months in oak barriques, followed by four months in bottle.
