Vineyard and terroir
The grapes are grown in Settesoli’s own vineyards in southwestern Sicily.
Vinification
The grapes are usually harvested at night and vinified in steel tanks to retain freshness and fruit character. Primary fermentation is halted at the desired alcohol level by rapidly lowering the temperature, after which the wine is filtered and bottled. Bottle pressure does not exceed 2.5 atmospheres.

Refreshing, with fresh fruit character and a light sparkle.

Suitable as an aperitif and with light appetizers, fish, seafood, sushi, Asian dishes or vegetarian dishes.
