Vineyard and terroir
The fruit comes from the winery’s vineyards in the province of Treviso. The vines grow in soils containing volcanic rock, which gives the grapes their distinctive character.
Vinification
The grapes are harvested by hand in September and gently pressed at the winery. Fermentation proceeds very slowly in temperature-controlled stainless-steel tanks with selected yeasts, after which the wine is filtered. Secondary fermentation takes place in pressurized tanks.

Pair with marinated fish, pasta with shellfish or first courses featuring aromatic herbs.
Label / history
The wine received silver medals at the International Wine Challenge in 2017 and the Prosecco Masters in 2018.
