Questo vino
Vineyard and terroir
The grapes come from the winery’s vineyards on the historic hill known as Col de Mez. The soils contain volcanic rock.
Vinification
The grapes are harvested by hand in September and gently pressed at the winery. Fermentation proceeds slowly in temperature-controlled stainless-steel tanks with selected yeasts. The wine is then filtered, and secondary fermentation takes place in pressurized tanks.
Serving and pairing
Suitable as an aperitif and with grilled vegetables, seafood salads, fish dishes and smoked fish.
