Vineyard and terroir
The grapes come from Tre Rose’s vineyards on the gentle slopes of Valiano di Montepulciano, 70 km from Siena. The estate has more than 78 ha under vine, of which 55 ha supply fruit for Vino Nobile di Montepulciano.
Vinification
Fermentation takes place in a steel tank for 18 days at 30 °C.
Ageing
The wine matures in oak barrels for 18 months.
