Vineyard and terroir
The fruit grows on the slopes of Alto Monferrato at an altitude of 350 metres. Ca'Bianca is based in the commune of Alice Bel Colle in Piedmont and has around 39 hectares of vineyards across the hills of Alto Monferrato.
Vinification
Slightly overripe grapes are used. Fermentation takes place in sealed tanks and is halted by cooling, preserving residual sweetness.
Label / history
Ca'Bianca was founded in the early 1950s and is one of the youngest wineries in the region.
