Vineyard and terroir
The grapes grow in Tuscany’s Maremma region. Its favourable climate supports grape growing, while limestone-rich soils contribute elegance to the fruit and finished wine.
Vinification
The Vermentino is harvested in mid-September and gently pressed in a pneumatic press. The must ferments for 12 days in temperature-controlled stainless-steel tanks.
Ageing
The wine rests in the same stainless-steel tanks used for fermentation.

Pleasantly fresh, with elegant fruit notes and lively minerality.
