The grapes are hand-picked into small crates to avoid damage. After gentle pressing, the separated juice undergoes temperature-controlled fermentation in stainless-steel tanks.
Tasting profile
Delicate and fruity, with very gentle acidity and a subtle bitterness that is almost sweet. The finish is light and lingering, with a lemon-candy note.
