Vineyard and terroir
The fruit is grown in the Treviso area of Veneto.
Vinification
Vinification takes place without skin contact at a controlled temperature of 20 °C. The bubbles are produced by the Charmat method, with a slow secondary fermentation in sealed steel tanks at 12–14 °C.
