Vineyard and terroir
The grapes are grown in Veneto and Friuli-Venezia Giulia.
Grapes
Glera accounts for 85% of the blend, complemented by Chardonnay, Pinot Bianco, Pinot Nero, Pinot Grigio and other local varieties.
Vinification
The grapes are gently pressed in a pneumatic press. After low-temperature settling, the must ferments for four days in temperature-controlled stainless-steel tanks. Secondary fermentation takes place in autoclaves with selected yeasts according to the Charmat-Martinotti method. The wine is then filtered, decanted using an isobaric technique and bottled.

Young, fresh and lively, with fruit notes on both the nose and palate.
