Vineyard and terroir
The Pinot Grigio comes from organic vineyards in the province of Treviso, between the Sile and Piave rivers.
Vinification
The grapes are harvested at optimal ripeness, with only the best bunches selected. They undergo three days of maceration before fermentation in stainless-steel tanks. After fermentation, the wine is filtered, decanted and bottled.
Tasting profile
Elegant and lingering, with exotic-fruit and delicate white-flower notes on both the nose and palate.
