Vineyard and terroir
The grapes grow in the hills of Murgia, in Puglia. Summers are hot and dry and the soils are poor, which pushes the vines to develop strong root systems. The grapes gain more intense, concentrated sensory qualities as a result.
Grapes
Nero di Troia is native to Puglia. It ripens very slowly under the hot Apulian sun.
