The vineyards lie 50 m above sea level on clay soils, in hot sun.
Vinification
The grapes are harvested in mid-September.
Ageing
The wine rests for 10 months in stainless steel tanks and 6 months in oak barrels, followed by additional time in the bottle.
Tasting profile
Bold Mediterranean character, with a pure, expressive and focused style. The rich aroma and flavour of Primitivo are preserved and refined.
