Vineyard and terroir
The fruit comes from the estate’s oldest vineyard, Martinsicuro, which has a favourable aspect and fairly low yields. Its distinctive climate and organic cultivation allow the grapes to ripen under optimal conditions. The vines are 25 years old.
Vinification
The grapes are harvested by hand between 20 and 30 September. Vinification takes place entirely in temperature-controlled tanks at 12 °C.
Ageing
The wine ages for six months and is then bottled without exposure to oxygen.
