Vineyard and terroir
The grapes are organically grown in a low-yield vineyard with an ideal aspect in Controguerra.
Vinification
The grapes are harvested by hand between 10 and 20 October. Vinification takes place entirely in temperature-controlled stainless-steel tanks and includes malolactic fermentation.
Ageing
The wine rests in bottle for at least six months after malolactic fermentation.
Tasting profile
The aroma is layered. The flavour is intense and enjoyable, opening gradually.
Serving and pairing
Pairs well with grilled meat, cured meats, cheeses, legume dishes, lasagne, pizza and pasta.
