Vineyard and terroir
The grapes are organically grown in the “Martinsicuro” vineyard. Its exposure and air temperatures support the development of fruit and floral aromas.
Vinification
The grapes are harvested by hand from 5 to 15 October. Vinification takes place entirely in temperature-controlled steel tanks, with low-temperature skin maceration followed by fermentation.
Serving and pairing
Pair with seafood, pasta, ravioli, risotto, fish appetizers and vegetarian dishes.
