Vineyard and terroir
The grapes are grown in Piedmont, where hot summer sunshine is followed by cold autumn winds and winter fog.
Vinification
The grapes are harvested at optimal ripeness. Both fermentations take place by the Charmat method in temperature-controlled stainless-steel tanks.
Serving and pairing
Suitable as an aperitif and with light appetizers, cured meats, risotto, white meat and grilled fish.
