Vineyard and terroir
The fruit comes from vineyards in Ora, Termeno and Egna, at elevations of 240–500 metres above sea level and across a variety of terroirs. The vines vary in age and were planted between 1974 and 2004.
Vinification
After harvest, the grapes are gently pressed and vinified in temperature-controlled stainless-steel tanks.
Ageing
The wine rests for five months in steel tanks, followed by two months in bottle.
