Vineyard and terroir
The vineyards lie on hills close to the mountains, at 300–450 metres above sea level. The limestone soils have a clay and gravel structure and are exposed to intense heat.
Vinification
The grapes were harvested by hand from early September to mid-October and taken directly to the cellar for gentle pressing. Vinification took place in small stainless-steel tanks at a controlled temperature of 21 °C, without malolactic fermentation.

Vintage notes
The 2020 growing season began with a dry winter and a cold March. A rapid rise in temperatures brought early budding and flowering. Mostly rainy weather from mid-May to early June gave way to alternating rainy spells and warm, dry periods, while nights remained cool throughout the summer. Several isolated rainy days interrupted the harvest, but each was followed by a long sunny period. The white grapes retained excellent freshness and developed an intense aromatic profile, producing fresh, expressive wines.
