Vineyard and terroir
The grapes are grown at the Unterebner farm in the Sella a Termeno microzone, at an altitude of 450 m. Yields are up to 50 hl/ha.
Vinification
The grapes are gently pressed, then fermented at a controlled temperature of 18–20 °C.
Ageing
The wine is aged in large wooden casks (80%) and French oak barrels (20%).
Label / history
The wine takes its name from the Unterebner farm.
