Vinification
The grapes are harvested at optimal ripeness and undergo traditional vinification.
Ageing
Twenty per cent of the wine rests for six months in second-use French oak barrels, while the remaining 80% rests in stainless steel tanks.
Serving and pairing
Suitable as an aperitif and with seafood, fish, white meat, Mediterranean dishes, and soft goat cheeses.
